Our Nuclear Quality Assurance Program complies with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations (10CFR50, Appendix B and 10CFR Part 21) and American National Standards Institute (N45.2). Our proprietary software products are developed, validated, and controlled under our Software Quality Assurance Program, which in addition to meeting the above requirements; also meet the requirements of ASME NQA-1.

Zachry Nuclear's Quality Assurance Program is periodically audited by representatives of the Nuclear Procurement Issues Committee (NUPIC). The scope of the audit includes: Engineering and Design services, development and maintenance of industry accepted Systems Analysis Software, handling of safeguards materials, and Commercial Grade Dedication activities.
